H.E, Dr. Neth SaVoeun, Commissioner General of National Police, the Honor Guest Speaker for the Experience Sharing Lecture at the Police Academy of Cambodia
On Monday morning, 16 August 2019, H.E, Dr.Neth SaVoeun, Commissioner General of National Police was invited as the Honor Guest Speaker to present the Knowledge and Experience Sharing Lecture at the Police Academy of Cambodia on the Theme “Current Security Situation Development” to the leadership, faculty, national police instructors and students/trainees at the Police Academy of Cambodia.
At this occasion, H.E, General Prof. Seng Phally, president of the Police Academy of Cambodia extended his warmest welcome and expressed his thanks for the presence of H.E, Dr. Neth SaVoeun, the Commissioner General as well as highlighting the progress, the reform and the trainings that have been subsequently achieved by the Police Academy.
H.E, Dr. Neth SaVoeun, Commissioner General of National Police expressed his sincere appreciation for the rapid progress of the Police Academy of Cambodia, both the hard and soft components, in particular, the development of its infrastructure, equipping with studies materials and resources and the improved quality of training in proving knowledge and professional skills to our entire Cambodian National Police to be capable to successfully perform their tasks according to their respective field of expertise.
Finally, H.E Seng Phally, expressed his thanks for the lecture presented by H.E, Dr. Neth SaVoeun, with a good meaning and content reflecting the his practical ability and experience in leadership and command of police force relating to the current security situation. This lecture provide the most valuable advantage for the leadership, faculty, national police instructors as well as all the students/trainees for further expanding their knowledge in the actual task performance, in teaching and learning.
In accepting the invitation and presenting this lecture, H.E, Dr. Neth SaVoeun, the Commissioner General has initiated an idea and helped for the whole supported in creating the historical solidary dinning program between the leadership of the Commissariat General of National Police, the provincial/municipal police commissariats and the leadership, faculty, national police instructors as well as the students/trainees of the Police Academy of Cambodia.
