On Monday morning, 6 November 2017, H.E, General Prof. Seng Phally, president of the Police Academy of Cambodia extended his warmest welcome to 5 members Korean National Police delegation led by H.E, Lt General Suh, Bum-Soo, president of Korean National Police University, visiting the Police Academy of Cambodia and jointly signed the Co-operation Letter of Intent for the purpose of promoting a better Bilateral Co-operation on issue of Police research and training of the two countries.

During this visit, the Korean counterpart has helped the Police Academy of Cambodia as the co-operation partner on:

1. Training the Police ToT on Martial Arts and Offenders Handling Technique
2. Training the Police ToT on Counter Cybercrime
