A. Roles and Responsibilities of Institute of Leadership and Command
- Considers and sets the direction for education and training plan for the national police, civil servants, students/trainees on specialization of General Management, Leadership/command and management of means as determined by the Police Academy of Cambodia and the Ministry of Interior.
- Organizes and conducts the training on leadership to the police officers and senior police officers (Future Police Officers)
- Takes action in implementing the educational and training plan according to the programs of the Police Academy of Cambodia and the Ministry of Interior.
- Designs the studies materials, organizes the instruction/teaching and manages the teaching staff on General Management, Issues of Leadership and the management of means.
- Manages the offices, departments, classrooms and teaching materials of the subordinating entities of the Institute.
- Consolidates the performance results and makes the report for submitting to the President of the Police Academy of Cambodia.
- Manages and designs the educational curriculum and training programs.
- Develops the curriculum and textbooks.
- Proposes the plan for budgeting, office supplies and teaching materials of the institute.
- Collaborates with various concerned institutions to carry out the educational process as determined by the Police Academy of Cambodia and the Ministry of Interior.

- Carries out other duties entrusted by the higher authorities.
